Pantone Color Institute is predicting exciting new ideas for a little something for everyone in 2018 from neutral metallic to intense bright colors.
Color trends are important for fashion and for your home. House Beautiful is already predicting bold colors as paint companies release their 2018 colors such as Black Flame by PPG Paints with deep tones of indigo. Meanwhile, Glidden Paint says Deep Onyx has a rich, neutral feel. These are competing with Black Magic by Olympic Paints & Stains and, which is softer in color.
But Sherwin Williams is bucking this trend and going along the lines of fashion with bright color palettes such as Affinity, Connectivity, and Sincerity.
In the fashion world, the top 12 spring colors are all bright, intense and fun. Ranging from a lively and bold yellow to an orangey red to a clear blue sky, there are colors for everyone.
