Even San Francisco Is Now Seeing A Dip In Housing Prices

The California Association of Realtors is reporting that housing prices have again overall dropped in July compared to last year in almost every Bay Area County. The unusual thing is that San Francisco actually saw a dip this time too, dropping down three percent year over year. The only counties that did see an increase were Sonoma and Solano.
