National Increase In New Home Sales, Despite Pandemic Conditions

Nationally and according to the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders), we are seeing an increase in new home sales even as confirmed COVID-19 cases rise across many states. The demand for new home sales is helped by low-interest rates and a decline in resale. NAHB’s Chief Economist, Robert Dietz, gives his report on numbers and what the outlook looks like in the industry.
