Florsheim Homes & Fitzpatrick Homes  – Modesto, CA

Founders Point planned community is two great builders coming together, Fitzpatrick Homes and Florsheim Homes, to build four incredible neighborhoods with 367 single-family homes in the heart of Modesto, CA. The Stone Group was brought in at the early phases of this project for placemaking brainstorming sessions to create the overall community branding, theme, look and feel. From community name, tagline, identity, collateral design, website design, and build-out; Founders Point is a collaborative effort between client and agency.
