TRI Pointe Homes – Alameda, CA
TRI Pointe Homes asked us to develop an identity for its first master-planned community in Alameda offering three neighborhoods. We created an overall theme for Alameda Landing, a new pedestrian-friendly, urban village. The tagline for the community is Breathability Score 100% – Breathe. Grow. Live. This emphasizes the ability to come home, take a deep breath and relax. Depending on your lifestyle, a buyer can grow at Alameda Landing, starting with a condo, moving to a townhome and then to a single-family detached home. And, finally, a resident can choose how they want to live here. We created individual logos for each neighborhood in keeping with the overall theme, which were reflected throughout the campaign.
