Located in Walnut Creek, The ADDRESS Company is a passionate team of residential real estate developers that strives to create “Best in Class.” One of their latest communities, Analisa, is a limited collection of contemporary townhomes perfectly situated minutes from downtown Walnut Creek. We created an identity for Analisa that appeals to a variety of lifestyles from first-time homebuyers to move-downs with a simple, modern feel. This theme was carried throughout the Eblasts, website, brochure and sales and marketing collateral.
