TRI Pointe Homes – Alameda, CA
TRI Pointe Homes asked us to develop an identity for its first master-planned community in Alameda offering three neighborhoods. We created an overall theme for Alameda Landing, a new pedestrian-friendly, urban village. The tagline for the community is Breathability Score 100% – Breathe. Grow. Live. This emphasizes the ability to come home, take a deep breath and relax. Depending on your lifestyle, a buyer can grow at Alameda Landing, starting with a condo, moving to a townhome and then to a single-family detached home. And, finally, a resident can choose how they want to live here. We created individual logos for each neighborhood in keeping with the overall theme, which were reflected throughout the campaign. Alameda Landing continues to see each sales release in high demand as this community is highly sought after.
