Visit the Dorian for their famous Dorsey Sour, which pays tribute to American crime novelist Tim Dorsey. Be sure to head to RN74 this summer before it closes and is replaced by Ayesha Curry’s new restaurant, International Smoke. The top cocktail there is the Fleur D’Or, somewhat reminiscent of an Arnold Palmer.
